Why is it not permissible in Islam for women to shake hands with a man?

A British man came to Sheikh and asked:
Why is it not permissible in Islam for women to shake hands with a man?
The Sheikh said:
Can you shake hands with Queen Elizabeth?
British man said:
Of course no, there are only certain people who can shake hands with Queen Elizabeth.
Sheikh replied:
Our women are queens and queens do not shake hands with strange men.
Then the British man asked the Sheikh:
Why do your girls cover up their body and hair?
The Sheikh smiled and got two sweets, he opened the first one and kept the other one closed. He threw them both on the dusty floor and asked the British:
If I ask you to take one of the sweets which one will you choose?
The British replied:
The covered one.
The Sheikh said:
That's how we treat and see our woman.

strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer

From the narration of Abu Hurairah (Radi Allaahu Anhu), the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive to do that which will benefit you andseek the help of Allah, and DO NOT FEEL HELPLESS. If anything befalls you, do not say, ‘If only I had done (such and such), then such and such would have happened,’ rather say: ‘Allah has decreed and what He wills He does.’ For ‘if only’ opens the door to the work of Shaitan.”

understanding of hijab

anyone can have a true and complete understanding of hijab and its real meaning, one needs to take a step back and start at the beginning. Allah says in the Quran, which Muslims believe is the word of God, what means:
[Not for (idle) sport did We create the heavens and the earth and all that is between!] (Al-Anbiyaa' 21:16)

Let's help each other

Help someone in trouble and ALLAH will help you in yours. This is what Islam teaches, to be kind to every soul.

‘Whoever removes one of the hardships of a believing soul, ALLAH will remove from him one of the distresses in the Hereafter. Whoever makes things easy for someone else, ALLAH will make things easy for him in this world and the Hereafter… ALLAH is ever assisting His servant as long as that servant is helping his brother.” [Sahih Muslim]

The Quran without doubt

Make the Quran a part of you life as to not be a stranger
Quran

FIRST PILLAR OF ISLAM

The profession of faith in Islam is called "Shahadah" and it is the affirmation of the following "Laa illaaha ill Allah, Muhammadur-rasul Allah" which is translated from Arabic to English as follows:

"There is no God (no one is worthy of worship and obedience) save Allah (God), and Muhammad is His Apostle (Messenger of God)"

This affirmation (only with sincerity and conviction) is the gateway to Islam and the foundation upon which all actions are based. The one that makes this confession - be he or she a life-long heathen or atheist- can become a Muslim, a person of faith to earn the title to salvation.
