Narrated by Abu Huraira (R.A.)

Inspiring Hadith-----
Narrated by Abu Huraira (R.A.):
Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alayhi WaSalam) Said:

"There is a Group of ALLAH's Angels Who Move about the Streets Searching for the People Who Mention ALLAH (swt). When they Find a Group Doing that, they Call Each Other,
"Here is what You are Looking For."

Then they Cover that Group with their Wings Right Up to the Sky.

When these Angels Return to the Heavens, their Lord Asks them, Although Lord knows the answer,
"What were My Servants Saying ?"
They Say,
"They were Describing Your Holinessand Greatness, and were Busy Praising and Glorifying You."

ALLAH (swt) then Asks,
"Have they Seen Me ??"
The Angels Reply,
"By ALLAH ! They have Not Seen You." !

ALLAH (swt) Says,
"What would they have Done If they Could SeeMe ?"
The Angels Reply,
"They would then Be Even More Busy in their Worship, Glorification, and Praise." !

Then ALLAH (swt) Asks,
"What did they Want from Me ??"
The Angels Reply, "They asked You for Jannah (Heaven)." !

ALLAH (swt) Says,
"Have they Seen Jannah ??"
They Answer,
"No, By You ! They have Not Seen It." !

ALLAH (swt) Says, "What would they have Done If they had Seen Jannah ??"
The Angels Answer,
"They would Desire It More Eagerly, and would Work Harder to Deserve It." !

Then ALLAH (swt) Asks,
"From What Thing did they Want Me to Protectthem ??"
The Angels Answer,
"They Wanted to be Protected From Hell." !

ALLAH (swt) Says,
"Have they Seen Hell ??"
They Answer,
"No, by You ! They have Not Seen Hell." !

ALLAH (swt) Says,
"What would they have Done If they had Seen Hell ??"
The Angels Answer,
"They would have Feared It and Run from It Even More." !

Then ALLAH (swt) Says,
"Be My Witnesses: I have Forgiven Them !"

One Of the Angels then Says,
"But Among Them was a Person Who Is Not One Of them. He had Simply Come for Something, He Needed."

ALLAH (swt) Says,
"I have Forgiven Him Too, Just Because He Happened to Sit with them.

Anyone Who Sits with those People will Not Be a Loser."

Allah said in the Quran

Allah said in the Quran '"(29):

O you who believe, do not consume each other's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent., not kill yourselves [or other]. Indeed, Allah Taala is You merciful. '"
"يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل إلا أن تكون تجارة عن تراض منكم ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما" (سورة النساء: 29)
In Islam is totally opposed to suicide. Muslims believe that God created all forms of all life, and all that belongs to him. The Koran, the holy book of Muslims, teaches that life is sacred and no one can destroy it. Euthanasia is also condemned by Islam. The Islamists also claim that the soul of suicide is condemned to eternal suffering, that Prophet Muhammad (صلي الله عليه وسلم ) said that anyone who threatens your life goes to hell.
is strictly forbidden by God, because God has forbidden killing, because Kafr self in God because it is God who determines appointment and date of birth and death of each person to do that, have committed suicide if he wanted to schedule his death and that the creature is not right, but the right to just creator
The Messenger of Allah Taala may Allah bless him and peace upon him said, "He killed himself with something in this life tortured on the Day of Resurrection '

World’s Largest Quran

World’s Largest Quran Worth $1.3 Million Exhibited in Tatarstan

The Russian republic of Tatarstan played host to the World’s Largest Quran when it was unveiled in the capital city, Kazan. Made by the Italian company Reverra Ltd., the world’s largest Quran was ordered by former Tatarstan president and state advisor Mintimir Saymivey, the head of Tatarstan Historical Artifacts Rejuvenation Foundation.

The World's largest Quran features gold, silver and precious stones
The Muslim Holy Book weighs a stunning 800 kilos (1763 pounds ) of which 120 kilos (264 pounds) are of the frame cover alone. The Quran is 1.5 m by 2 m, and 3 m by 2 m if unfolded.  The gold- and silver-encrusted cover studded with malachite and semi-precious stones holds a giant turquoise 14 centimeters in diameter.

The book, which cost exceeded one million euro ($1.3million), is produced by ARC Group, a Slovenian-owned company based in Gorizia.

The Quran will be placed on the first floor of the Kazan’s Qol Sharif mosque until June 2012, when it will be moved to the town of Bolgar, the ancient capital of the Volga Bulgars, the ancestors of the present-day Tatars who converted to Islam in 922.

O my friend!

“Wa iza salaka ibadi anni fainni kharibun ujeebu daawat addaaee iza da aan”

O my friend! My creatures ask you questions about me; tell them I am near them I accept the prayer of one who prays

Then Allah says,” Don’t lose hope in Allah’s Mercies.” And said,” Allah promises you of great rewards and lots of bounties” It is imperative for you that you trust in Allah more than you can trust anyone else. When you have good thoughts in your heart, don’t give way to other doubts. Thus your sins will be pardoned.”

Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) has said, “Many a time Allah accepts people’s prayers but the benefits take time in reaching the supplicant. Allah instructs the two angels guardian over the person that the supplication has been accepted but he should not be given the benefits immediately that he continues to be suppliant for some more time. Allah will also mention to the angels that he likes the way the person supplicates.”

In another tradition the Imam (a.s.) has said,” Man is always in a good state and rightly keeps expecting Allah’s bounties unless he loses faith in the Munificence of Allah and stop praying for His mercy. He should not be in a hurry to get his prayers answered!“ The narrator asked, “ O Imam (a.s.)! What do you mean by the supplicant making hurry?" ”The Imam (a.s.) replied, " “When a supplicant complains that lot of time has elapsed ever since he initiated his supplication and the wish remains unfulfilled, then he is trying to hurry in the matter..”

Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) has narrated that one day Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) was surveying the environs of Mount Bait al Muqdis for a pasture. He heard the voice of a person calling. He proceeded in the direction of the sound. He found a person in the process of offering his prayers. The height of the person was about twelve yards. When the person was through with the prayer, Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) asked him,” To whom were you offering the prayers?”

- The man replied,” I was offering my prayers to the Creator of the land and the skies.

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) asked, “ Where be your dwelling?

- The man pointed to a hill in reply.

- Hazrat Ibrahim(a.s. ) said, "I too wish to visit your abode."

- He replied, "There is a river enroute that you cannot cross."

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) asked, “ Then how do you go across?”

- He said,” I can walk on the water.”

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) said, “ Perhaps Allah might endow to me the capability to walk on the water.”

- Consequently both of them walked across the girth of the river.

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) asked,” Tell me which is the greatest of all days?

- The man said,” The Day of Reckoning!”

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) said,” Come! Let us both pray to Allah for Deliverance on that fateful day.”

- The pious man said,” Why do you make me a partner in your prayer? I have been supplicating for the last three years and my wish has not been granted so far!”

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) asked,” What is your wish?”

- The man said,” On day I found a handsome lad grazing a flock. I asked him who owned the flock. The lad replied that the owner was Ibrahim Khalil ar Rehman. I prayed to Allah that if He had a Khalil (friend) on the earth, then He must give me the honor of setting eye on that revered personality. .But my prayer has remained unanswered.”

- Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) said,” Your wish has been fulfilled. I am Ibrahim Khalil Allah! The reason for the delay in answering your prayers was that Allah appreciated the way you modulated your supplication and He wanted to hear you making the call again and again. .Your repeated supplication enhanced your status in the consideration of Allah.”

The fourth reason for Allah not answering the prayers of a supplicant is that the wish that granting the wish might be against the person’s own interest. Allah has the intention of rewarding him with something more useful. As, for example, someone approaches a generous person for a pecuniary help of a certain amount. The generous person, after due consideration, which might take some time, helps him with an amount ten times more than the man expected! Therefore it is not the rejection of the prayer but, in fact, it is an enhancement in the generosity.

THE ADVANTAGES OF PRAYER

There are several benefits accruing from prayer. All the time spent in preparing for the nearness to Allah and supplication is a part of one’s prayer.

Dear reader! You must have observed that Allah attracts the ignorant creatures towards Himself by making innumerable promises. This can be explained by the simile of a king making the hawk sit on his arm with affection to train it to hunt. He gives a variety of food to the bird to befriend it. When the hawk is fully trained, he lets it go hunting and to return and perch on his arm. Another example is of parents training and educating their children and, in the process, informing them the myriad uses of learning and skills. When the child is not attentive, they give him pretty dresses and other goodies to attract him towards learning. When the child gets motivated, he himself tries to excel in the skills that the parents wanted him to acquire. Then, whatever comes in the way, the child continues making progress. Similar is the disposition of man.

Man doesn’t understand the pleasures and the successes of the Hereafter. Therefore, the Almighty, with His kindness and indulgence invites men towards Himself thus:

“O my creatures! Come. Whatever you ask for, I shall give you! I have everything that can bring you closer to Me! They can thus accomplish their wants in the world and also in the Hereafter. What degree of Munificence that, notwithstanding the Omnipotence, I have, I am calling you closer to Me.. But the ignorant creatures are worrying futilely that their prayers have remained unanswered.!”
Therefore Allah says:
Innal insaana lerabbehi lakanoor
"Truly man manifests ungratefulness to his Creator"
Man wonders why his prayer remained unanswered. He doesn’t think that supplication is a part of the prayer required of him. When he made entreaty to Allah, he came closer to Him! He communicated his feelings and wishes to the Creator and the Sustainer! He heard Allah's ’labbaek (thy beck and call)! O supplicant! If you realize the true happiness of prayer and supplication, and the eyes of your heart fathom the mysteries of the attention Allah gives to your lamentations, you would sacrifice your own self not to talk of your mundane wishes! Imagine, a person gets the opportunity with a man in authority, say, a king! And that monarch looks with some attention at the visitor. In his wonderment the man might forget to make his submission to the worthy!

What a pity that when people supplicate before the Almighty Allah, they forget that they have an opportunity to address Allah who has the control of everything in the Universe.
Allah says,” O My creature! Pray and trust Me for your welfare!” And man in his ignorance behaves stubbornly. If he hadn’t a screen of negligence over his mind, he could understand the truth. Allah says,” O angels! Delay fulfilling his wishes! I like the voice in which he is supplicating. If man realizes this, he will submit himself totally to the wish of Allah and shun praying for mundane wishes.

THOSE WHOSE PRAYERS ARE ANSWERED

Authentic sources quote that Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) has said,” There are three types of persons whose prayers are answered:

1. Those who go on the holy pilgrame of Haj, their prayers are answered. It is advisable that people at home are taken good care of...

2. Those who do Jehad in the way of Allah. His family and children must be provided support in his absence.

3. The prayers of the sick are also answered. People should, therefore take care of the sick and should not upset them in any way.

Imam Mohammed Baqir (a.s.) said that five prayers are such that Allah will certainly accept them:

1. Prayer by the Just Imam.

2. Prayer of the oppressed (mazloom).

3. The prayer of a pious son for his parents.

4. The prayer of pious parents for their son.

5. The prayer of a momin for his brothe momin in his absence.

- Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) has said,” Allah shall definitely accept six types of prayer:

1. Prayer of a pious father for his son.

2. Curse of a father for his disinherited (Aaq-shuda) son.

3. Curse of an oppressed person against a tyrant..

4. The prayer of one momin for another..

5. The prayer of an oppressed when he recieves a consideration from a cruel person..

6. Prayer for the pleasure of the Ahl al Bayt.

BEWARE OF THE CURSE OF THE OPPRESSED

The Prophet of Allah (a.s.) says,” Beware of the curse of the oppressed.that it goes beyond the skies and Allah looks at him with kindness and says,’ Raise his prayer, I shall accept it!’”

The Prophet (a.s.) also said,” Prevent yourself from your father’s curse. It is sharper than the spear!”

It has come in the traditions that four types of prayer are not rejected by Allah::1. A father’s prayer.for his son. 2. Prayer of the oppressed against the oppressor. 3. Prayer of the person who is on the minor pilgrimage (Umrah). 4. The prayer of a person who is fasting.

It is said that the prayers of five types of persons are not answered: 1. A husband, despite being capable of divorcing a nagging spouse by giving her the mehr (alimony), bears with her and doesn’t divorce her, but prays against her.. 2. A person whose slave had escaped from his custody thrice but he doesn’t sell him and just curses him. 3. A person who doesn’t walk hurriedly away from a wall precariously about to fall and prays,’ O Allah! May the wall not fall on my head!’ 4. A person who advances a loan to someone without taking any witnesses and then prays, ‘ O Allah! Get back my money to me!’ 5. An able bodied person capable of earning his livelihood, but doesn’t exert himself to earn, prays’ O Allah! Give me livelihood!’
The Prophet of Allah (a.s.) has said, O Abu Dhar! If in a town only disobendient sinners are there with only three pious persons, Allah will not send curse to that place.
O Abu Dhar! Allah is proud and appreciatve of three persons. The first: One who says the Adhan (call for prayer) and Iqamah (the call to rise for prayer) while alone in a forest and offers his mandatory prayer. Allah asks the angels with pride to look at his sincere creature who has not forgotten the Creator even in the loneliness of the jungle. The second: One who does the Namaz e Shab (the night prayers) and prostrates in the loneliness of the night despite being overwhelmed by sleep. Allah tells to the angels that the spirit of the sincere creature is with Him while he is in prostration. The third: A person on the battlefield steadfast fighting the enemies while his own comrades have fled with fear in their hearts!: .

Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) narrates that offering mandatory prayers in the view of the people is preferable. Praying in the mosque is preferable to praying in the loneliness of the home. Similarly giving Zakat in the precincts of the mosque is better as it would encourage others to follow suit. The non-mandatory prayers and charity and alms to poor and needy is better given in privacy. This will preclude the chance of giving a feeling to the people that the person is proud of his status and the recepients of the help might also feel embarrassed if the help is proferred in public.

Then the Imam (a.s.) said,” Offering namaz e shab was the practice of the Prophet (a.s.) and the pious persons followed suit. It removes pains and makes the faces radiant. One who offers these nightly prayers becomes good-natured and presentable. It boosts the means of livelihood of the person. The eight rakaat (genuflections) of namaz e shab are the adornment of the Hereafter for one who offers these prayers. It gives light to the eyes and expels sadness.”

It is mentioned in the traditions that namaz e shab enhances the radiance of the face and the fragrance of the body. It gives boost to the person’s livelihood. The person who offers these prayers finds means of discharging his debts.

In another tradition it is said that a household where the Quran is recited and the namaz e shab is offered, the house appears to the people of the Firmament as if it is a shining star.

It is recorded that the Prophet of Allah (a.s.) said while making a commentary on the verse:
“Innal hasanate yuzhibnal sayyiaat”
No doubt virtues obliterate the sins
Said “that the verse means that when a momin offers the namaz e shab, his sins committed during the day are obliterated.”
The Prophet of Islam (a.s.) has said,” Whosoever is given the privilege of offering namaz e shab by Allah, remains awake in the nights and with total dedication offers the prayer duly purifying himself with ablution, Allah will arrange nine rows of angels to join the prayer behind him. Only Allah will know the number of angels in each of the nine rows. One end of each row of the angels will be in the North and the other in the South. When the person completes the prayer, virtues will be added to his list (Nama e Aamaal) according to the number of angels who had offered prayers behind him. “
It is narrated also from the Prophet that Allah will infuse light in the heart of the pious person who stands in prayer during the late hours of the night. When the person utters, “Ya Rab, Ya Rab!”, Allah responds with “ Labbaek, Labbaek!” and says,” O My creature! Ask for what you want from Me! Depend on Me that I am sufficient for the solution of your problems!” Then Allah tells to the angels, “ Look! How My creature stands in My Presence in the dead of the night! That is the time when the thoughtless persons will be in their slumbers. You must bear witness that I have obliterated the record of all his sins!”
It is narrated in the traditions that the Prophet of Allah (a.s.) has said,” Jibraeel always exhorts me about the Namaz e Shab so much that I worried perhaps the people in my Ummah might not get any sleep in the thought of this prayer.”

It is narrated from Imam Mohammed Baqir (a.s.) that one who has faith in the Day of Reckoning and Allah will not let a night go when he has not performed the Namaz e Shab.”

It is narrated that a person approached Ameer al Momineen (a.s.) and said, “ O Imam! I am unable to offer the Namaz e Shab!” Hazrat Ali (a.s) said, “ Your sins are preventing you from doing so.” And added,” Hazrat Sulaiman (a.s.)’s mother advised him,’ O son! Don’t sleep much in the nights! Such a habit will render a person a beggar (faqir) on the Day of Reckoning!’”

It is also narrated from Hazrat Ali (a.s.) that a person asked him to tell about the superiority and significance of the Namaz e Shab. The Imam (a.s.) replied, “ Be informed that when a person spends a tenth of the night in sincere supplication Allah would tell to the angels, “ Write virtues in the name of My creature equivalent to the leaves and flowers in the trees that grow on the banks of the Nile.” In another tradition it is mentioned that Allah orders the angels to write virtues in the record of a supplicant equal to the leaves in all the trees in the universe. The Imam (a.s.) said,” One who spends a ninth part of the night in prayer, his Nama e Aamaal will be placed in his right hand on the Day of Judgement!” “A person who spends an eighth part of the night in supplication, Allah will give him the status of a martyr who fought valiantly in the way of Allah and met with death.” “ One who spends a seventh pary of the night in prayer, would rise from his grave with the face as radiant as the full moon and will cross the Bridge of Siraat with grteat ease!” “ One who spends a sixth of the night in supplication will get pardon of his sins from Allah and would be counted in the group of repentent people.” “One who spends a fifth of the night in prayer will find a place in the neighborhood of Hazrat Ibraheem (a.s.) in the Heaven.” “ One who spends a fourth of the night in supplication will will rise with the group of successful people on the Day of Judgement and will cross the Bridge of Siraat like a breeze and enter the precincts of the Heaven.” “ One who spends a third of the night in prayer Allah will endow him with such a status that every angel wishes to attain it. On the Day of Reckoning there will be Orders that he should have freedom to enter the Heaven through any of the gates he wished to use!” “ One who spent half the night in prayer will get so much reward that if the entire surface of the earth is made of gold and offered to that momin in place of the Reward, he would refuse to accept it. This act of the person will be more valuable in the consideration of Allah than freeing seventy slaves from the progeny of Hazrat Ismail (a.s.).” “ One who supplicates two thirds of the night, Allah will write virtues in his name equal to the grains of sand in a desert. The lowest number of virtues for such a person would be equal to ten times the size of the Mount Ohad.” “ One who supplicates the whole night, sometimes in prostration and at other in genuflection, sometimes reciting the Holy Quran and then uttering Allah’s names, Allah will reward him so much that all his sins would be pardoned and would be as innocent as a just born baby. The virtues written in the name of such a person will be equal to the creatures in the world. The grave of the person would be filled with light. Jealousy and greed would be obliterated from his heart. He will be freed from the prosecution that takes place in the grave after death. He will be exempt from the Hellfire. He will be raised from the grave on the Day of Judgement who will be free of any fear of Retribution. Allah would say to the angels,’ Look at my creature who spent the full night in My Remembrance. Give him a place in the Jannat al Firdous and give him a hundred thousand cities in the Heaven and every city should be adorned with what he wishes to have! Give him much more than what has already been endowed on him!”

O Abu Dharr! Every spot of land where one puts his head down in prostration will bear witness on the Day of Judgement. There is no resting place where travelers tarry for rest that will not pray for their safety if they had offered their prayers in that place. The place will curse a person if he had committed any act contrary to the dictates of Allah while tarrying there.

O Abu Dharr! There is no dawn or dusk when places don’t call each other: “ O my neighbor! Did any passerby talk of Allah while staying with you !? Did any traveler put his forehead down in prostration?” Some places would affirm that the travelers did prostrate in prayer and the others would own that they just rested and went their way. The place confirming about the visitors offering prayers while visiting it would proudly feel that it had the privilege of people offering prayers to Allah while being its guests.

Remember! Forgetfulness has so much engulfed the human race that the inanimate things are more adept at praying to Allah. The inanimate things, although in possession of very feeble senses, busy themselves in prayer.

Someone asked Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s) whether one should offer optional (Naafila) prayers at one place or at different places. The Imam (a.s.) replied that it is better to offer these prayers at different places that these places will bear witness to the act on the Day of Reckoning.

It is narrated that when people assemble at a place and don’t praise the Prophet and his Holy Progeny (a.s.), such assembly will be the harbinger of retribution of the concourse on the Day of Reckoning

O Abu Dharr! When Allah created the land and trees grew on it, there was no tree from which the progeny of Adam had not derived benefit. The land and its flora kept providing benefits to man that he praised Allah for His Bounties. But the misguided said, “ God has a son!” When this happened, the earth had a cataclysm and the benefits that the trees provided to man faded away. The Qureish believed that the angels are God’s daughters. The Jews thought that Aziz ( of Egypt) was God’s son. The Christians said, “ Jesus is the son of God”.
It is narrated from authentic sources that Imam Jafar e Sadiq (a.s.) has said, “ Allah has not created any tree that did not give fruits. But when people started saying that God has a son, half the flora went barren of fruits. And when people started being polytheist, many a tree grew thorns.

ALLAH is the One Who is All-Powerful, All-Mighty

Al-Ankabut: 41
PROTECTORS OTHER THAN ALLAH TAALA ARE AS WEAK AS SPIDER’S WEB
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

“The parable of those who take protectors other than ALLAH TAALA is that of a spider who builds for itself a dwelling, and surely, the weakest of all dwellings is the dwelling of a spider, if they but knew it.” [Al-Qur”an… Surah Ankabut 29: 41]

In Arabic a spider is called ‘Ankabut’ and it is the name of chapter 29 of the Quran.

Here are some interesting facts about spiders and its web:
• Spiders have been on the planet for around 350,00 years.
• There are at least 37,000 known species of spiders in the world.
• Spiders are invertebrates, arthropods and ARACHNIDS.
• The English word spider comes from the German word meaning spinner.
• Spiders have 2 body parts, a cephalothorax and abdomen.
• Spiders have 8 legs attached to the cephalothorax.
• Most spiders have poor eyesight even with 8 eyes. Some spiders may only have 2,4, or 6 eyes.
• All spiders are predators.

• All spiders make silk, but not all spiders make webs. Some silk is sticky, some is dry. Silk is made in the abdomen and squirted from the spinnerets. Spiders have six spinnerets. Some spiders can make seven different kinds of silk.
• Silk is liquid until it hits the air and then it hardens.
• A spider does not chew its food. It bites its prey and the venom injected into the prey paralyzes or kills it prey. The digestive effect of the venom turns the tissue of the prey into a liquid which is then sucked up into the spider’s stomach. Spiders are able to turn insects into a kind of soup as they are only able to eat liquids.
• Spider legs are covered with hairs that serve as sense organs. The hairs pick up vibrations and smells from the air. Spiders have at least 2 claws at the end of each leg. These claws allow them to climb glass. Web builders have 3 tiny claws at the end of each leg and they hang onto their web with the middle claw.

• Jumping spiders have the best eyesight of all spiders. They can see 4-12 inches away. Most web-building spiders have poor eyesight and rely on web vibrations.
• Web weaving spiders use webs to trap insects. The shape of the web varies with species. Some build orb webs, funnel, sheet, dome, mesh or tangle types of web. Some spiders do not make webs.
• Some orb weaving spiders put a special design in the center of the web, with a thicker silk. This is called a stabilimentum. It gives off ultra-violet rays which attract insects, allow birds to see the web and often hides the spider in the middle of the web.
• Baby spiders are called spiderlings. They break out of the egg case using an egg tooth on the pedipalp. There may be 500 spiderlings in an egg case. They remain in or around the egg case until they have molted one time. Some spiderlings will prey upon others in the egg case.
• Enemies of spiders are: humans, weather, frogs, toads, lizards, birds, shrews, hunting beetles, ants, centipedes, parasitic flies, wasps, fungus and other spiders.
• Cobwebs have been used for dressing wounds. It seems to have an anticoagulant in the silk.
• Wandering spiders trail a safety line behind them as they travel and anchor it down periodically. When they return they recycle the silk by eating the safety line. This helps them produce more silk.

The fundamental principle of Islam is ‘Tawheed ‘, which means oneness of ALLAH TAALA. To associate any partner with Him, and calling upon anything else other than Him is its opposite and is called ‘shirk’.

Shirk with ALLAH TAALA can be classified in three categories:
1. To believe that others share His Lordship.
2. Giving Him the attributes of His creation, or giving creation His attributes or names.
3. Worshipping anything other than Him.
ALLAH TAALA is the One and only and He is far above the shirk that anyone may do.

ALLAH IS THE PROTECTOR
The Quran itself explains the attributes of ALLAH TAALA at many places, which tell us that with Him rest all the supreme power and He shares it with no one. ALLAH TAALA is the Creator of everything and only He is the Protector, Cherisher and Sustainer of His creation. In an awesome Ayah of the Quran we get a beautiful introduction about our Lord :

“ALLAH! There is no God but Him; The Living, The Eternal. He neither slumbers nor sleeps. To Him belongs all that is in the Heavens and the Earth. Who can intercede with Him without His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them. They cannot gain excess to anything out of His knowledge except what He pleases. His Throne is more vast than the heavens and the earth, and guarding these both does not fatigue Him. He is Exalted, the Supreme.” [Ayat-ul-Kursi …..2: 255]

The One who possesses the ultimate control over everything can only be the best protector, and ALLAH is He, and He is the One who is more near than the jugular vein of his slave and He listens and answers the suppliants when they call on Him.
“It is ALLAH Who is the custodian of everything” [11: 12] “Indeed my Rabb is watching over everything.” [11: 57] “ALLAH is the one Who has power over everything.” [18: 45]

“O mankind it is you who stand in need of ALLAH TAALA, and it is ALLAH TAALA Who is free of all wants, Worthy of all praise.” [35: 15]

We are all in need of ALLAH’s protection not only in this world but in the Hereafter too, then it is in our own favor that we get hold of a strong and reliable support. ALLAH says: “He who surrenders himself to ALLAH TAALA and leads a righteous life has indeed grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold; as the ultimate disposal of affairs rests with ALLAH TAALA.” [31: 22]

Anything else that is called upon besides ALLAH TAALA is very very weak like a spider’s web, which has no firm grounding and is destroyed easily.

ALLAH TAALA says: “O mankind! Here is an example for you, so listen to it carefully. Those deities whom you call besides ALLAH TAALA, cannot create a single fly, even if they combined all their forces, rather, if a fly snatches away anything from them, they cannot even get it back; HOW FEEBLE MINDED ARE THE SUPPLIANTS AND HOW POWERLESS ARE THOSE WHOM THEY SUPPLICATE! They do not render to ALLAH TAALA the homage due to Him; in fact ALLAH TAALA is the One Who is All-Powerful, All-Mighty.” [22: 73-74]

Islam is perfect

Islam is perfect, Muslims are not.! Is this enough ?
I gave a thought to a very common statement coming out from most of we Muslims, and that is ‘Islam is perfect but Muslims are not’ it’s a true statement but have we ever thought,
what are we confessing ourselves?
Are we satisfied with such an excuse?
Will it help us to be one of those who will go to Jannah (heaven)?
Are we considering that just accepting the truth proves us innocent and pious?.
How can we be satisfied with this simple confession?, shouldn't we think it’s time to change ourselves.! Or why just think shouldn't we start acting accordingly.
Brothers (Including me) and sisters to get a gift like Jannah (heaven) is not that simple there are some severe efforts to be taken from our side, please read the following…
Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the Help of Allah Taala?" Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allah Taala is near! Quran 2:214

Do you think that you will enter Paradise before Allah Taala  tests those of you who fought (in His Cause) and (also) tests those who are As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.)? Quran 3:142

Allah Taala knows best.

Six criteria for Hijab.

According to Quran and Sunnah there are basically six criteria for observing Hijab:
1. Extent:
The first criterion is the extent of the body that should be covered. This is different for men and women. The extent of covering obligatory on the male is to cover the body at least from the navel to the knees. For women, the extent of covering obligatory is to cover the complete body except the face and the hands upto the wrists. If they wish to, they can cover even these parts of the body. Some scholars of Islam insist that the face and the hands are part of the obligatory extent of ‘Hijab’

All the remaining five criteria are the same for men and women.

2. The clothes worn should be loose and should not reveal the figure.

3. The clothes worn should not be transparent or translucent such that one can see through them.

4. The clothes worn should not be so glamorous as to attract the opposite sex.

5. The clothes worn should not resemble that of the opposite sex.

6. The clothes worn should not resemble that of the unbelievers i.e. they should not wear clothes that are specifically identities or symbols of the unbelievers’ religions.

Dear Sisters! Do you know that?

There is a whole Surah in Quran with your name (Suratul Nisaa (women))

The first martyr in Islam was a woman (Sumaya (RA))

The first person who believed in the prophecies of Muhammad (peace be upon him) was a woman (Khadeejah (RA))

The last recommendation prophet Muhammad gave to his nation before he died was to treat you well (“Prayer, prayer, and what your right hand possesses.)

You are the half of the society, and you raise the other half, how high your status is!

To all men : Marrying a Woman completes half your faith

Jannah (heaven) lies under the feet of your mother ( a woman)

And because you are so precious, Islam honored you with Hijab for preserving your chastity and purity. You are not just a woman you are very special you are a gem, you are a Muslimah!

So be proud Muslimah!

A Beautiful woman, Who wanted to get married

There was this beautiful woman, who wanted to get married, but she wanted a very pious husband, so she said that she’ll marry the man who recites the whole Quran every single day, fasts for the whole year and stays awake and worships Allah all throughout the night.
She was a very beautiful woman, and a lot of suitors wanted to marry her, but they knew they couldn’t fulfill the conditions she set. Until this one man stepped forward and said he could fulfill them. So the Imam got both of them married.
After the first night of the marriage, the wife sees that the husband doesn’t recite the whole of the Quran, nor does he fast, nor does he stay awake in the worship of Allah, she decided to let it roll on for a few weeks to see if there were any changes, there weren’t, so she filed a complaint and asked for a divorce.
They are both taken in front of the judge, and the judge asked, ‘What were the conditions of the marriage?’ the man replied ‘They were for me to recite the whole Quran daily, keep fast for the whole year and to worship Allah all throughout the night.’
The Judge asked, ‘ did you fulfill them? The man calmly answered, ‘…yes.’
The judge answers, ‘you lie, your wife has said that you don’t, that’s why she’s asking for a divorce’.
But the man insisted that he had fulfilled the conditions, so the judge asked, ‘did you recite the full Quran everyday?’ The man answered yes. The Judge, baffled asked, ‘how? How can you do that?’
The man coolly answered, ‘I recite Surah Ikhlas three times a day and according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), reciting Surah Ikhlas three times is equivalent to reciting the whole Quran.’
The Judge was intrigued, so he asked, ‘how did you fast the whole year?’
The man answered, ‘ I fasted for the whole month of Ramadan, then kept another six fasts in the month of Shawwal, according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), keeping all of the fast of Ramadan then keeping six fasts in the month of Shawwal, is as if you have fasted for the whole year.’
The Judge remained silent, he couldn’t give a reply saying the man was wrong, so finally he asked, ‘ how did you stay awake all night and worship Allah, when your wife saw you sleeping?’ The Judge thought the man wouldn’t be able to answer this one,
But the man, cool as a cucumber answered, ‘I prayed Salatul Isha with jamaat, then the next day prayed Salatul Fajr with jamaat, according to Prophet Muhammad (saw), the one who prays Salatul Isha and Salatul Fajr with jamaat, it is as if he had stayed up all night worshiping Allah.’
The Judge sat there looking at the man; the final verdict was about to be released…
He said to the man and his wife, ‘…go, just go, there is nothing wrong with this marriage’…

Purify yourself

When WE (Muslims)  can't fight against our Nafs( self, psyche, ego), How can we choose a competent Leader that will protect our Ummah. It is clear-headed and comprehensive truth that Islam believe in Khilafat(Caliphate). Khilafat represents the political  and administrative unity of the entire community Ummah ruled by a single Khalifa(caliph). Caliph is the temporal and spiritual head of Islam and a Naib of Allah. The ruler represent the state and decency of its public.  Rights of minority has never been violated in Khalifat. Today we are so much divided and confused by anti-Islamic forces that we kill each other for very small reasons, its just because we forgot the real teachings of Islam. Their Plans work deliberately and we conclude on what is shown to us and what we learn from our society. These evil forces are enraging Ummah somehow and created so many sects that made us hate each other. Its a great need of time now that Muslim Ummah stand United against these forces.  Our Muslim World consist of  50 Muslim Majority countries with , over 1.6 billion or about 23% of the world population are Muslims (2009). If one single even/crisis (Palestine, Libya, Syria, Burma, Kashmir etc)  is condemned by them will lead the problem to be solved soon. But the reality is we Muslims (Majority) became too weak in our faith and remained full of fair. We all need to exert our energies to make them united, just forget about the sects when its about ISLAM. Democracy is said to be the ruling of representative of peoples over them. A person came through unfair means will rule them. The ruling over us is just for Allah. He, the ONE created us. Therefore, Khilafat should be informed in all Islamic state heading by one Khalifa to represent the whole Muslim World. During Gaza crisis, even the Saudi govt remained so passive. We really need it now. Raise your voice for justice and truth and Allah will help us insha ALLAH as HE promised. There are forces spreading negative thinkings about Islam, just answer them with references and pray for them that May Allah give them guidance and towfeeq of our true faith, Islam. It is a reality that Islam is the fastest growing religion of the world because of its truthness. May the light of Islam spread in this whole world, Aameen...!
It is our duty to help humanity with this True faith insha ALLAH..!

Salat has many medical benefits

Salat or prayer not only cleanses the soul of the believers, refreshes their moods and lets the spirits go high, but also has many medical benefits. People follow yoga, and non-Muslims may not agree with Islamic ways, even though they are the best, proven by science!
"Establish regular prayers at the sun's decline till the darkness of the night, And the morning prayer and reading: for the prayer and reading in the *morning carry their testimony." Israa: 78

In their book 'Proven Home Remedies and Natural Healing Secrets' 1993, a group of American authors states that getting out of bed at night, doingsimple exercises inside the house, doing light intensity physical activities, massaging the extremities with water, and breathing deeply have several health benefits. Moreover, scientific studies have proven that people who wake up for some time at night and do some exercises aren't exposed to sudden death while being a sleep. Praise be to Allah for sending us Prophet Mohammad, the prophet of mercy, who directed  us to do all that is in our best interest both in this world and in the hereafter. Prophet Mohammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to get up at night, do Wudoo (ablution), pray, and contemplate the (Wonders) of Allah's creation. The question is are we following his steps and doing what he instructed us to do?
ll recent medical studies emphasize the significance of walking for healing many diseases at the top of which are blood pressure and heart diseases as well as high sugar. Besides, daily walking for half an hour helps improve andorganize heart functioning, improves one's mood, activates the muscles, and helps in getting rid of daily life pressures, anxiety, and depression. Prophet Mohammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,  was so merciful that he taught and urged Muslims to walk to mosques, an action for which they are greatly rewarded.  Imam Muslim reported: the messenger of Allah ,may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The person who will receive the highest reward for Salat
(prayer) is the one who comes to perform it in the mosque from the farthest distance."
Researchers declare that people have to do more physical activities
at regular intervals each day; a study conducted by some researchers fromKing's College, the prestigious British university, revealed that lack ofphysical activity might lead to premature ageing.
Washing the face with water regularly at least five times a day has also proven to be beneficial for the skin.
The benefits of Wudhu or ablution:
In an article titled “Muslims Rituals and their Effect on the Person’s Health”, Dr. Magomed Magomedov, assistant to the department of the Man’s General Hygiene and Ecology in the Daghestan State Medical Academy, speaks about how ablution stimulates the biological rhythms of the body and specifically Biological Active Spots (BASes), very much like the idea behind Chinese reflexotherapy. reflexotherapy was primarily used to cure diseases and very rarely for prevention, while, as we shall see, ablution has many preventive benefits.
Thus, ablution becomes a kind of treatment complex, which includes thehydromassage of the BAS, their thermal and physical stimulation.
The BASes in the face (which are washed during ablution) “recharge” suchorgans as the intestines, stomach and bladder, in addition to having apositive effect on the nervous and reproductive systems, says Dr.Magomedov in his findings, adding that the BAS responsible for the osseous system, intestine, nervous system, lumbar area, stomach, pancreas, gall-bladder, thyroid gland, solar plexus and others are situated on the right leg, another area reached by ablution.

Revelation Order of the Quran

The Quran was sometimes revealed to respond to various events and incidents. Sometimes it was revealed to support the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) who was faced with many questions, whether by Muslims or non-Muslims, and hardships. Other times was revealed for legislation and for putting rules to govern the social, economical, and political life of Muslims.
The first verses to be revealed, according to the most correct opinion of scholars, are the first five verses of Surat Al-`Alaq, which happens to be Chapter 96 of the 114 chapters of the Qur'an.
Order of Verses
Muslim scholars agree that the order of the verses in every chapter was done or commanded by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) himself following the commands of Almighty Allah.
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) once told his Companions after he had received a certain revelation that the arch-angel Gabriel had specified for him the particular order of verses (Ahmad).
There are also many incidents narrated in the books of Sunnah regarding the Prophet's (صلى الله عليه و سلم) recitation during prayer. The Companions used to pray every day behind the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) and he used to recite the Qur'an in the order given to him by Allah, and they used to learn and memorize from his recitation.
There have never been any incident in which any of the Companions reciting in any order that violated the order of the verses showed to us by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم).
Order of Surahs
As for the order of the surahs (chapters), the most accepted view is that it was also applied following an instruction given by Almighty Allah. It has been recorded that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) reviewed the Qur'an with the arch-angel Gabriel 24 times all within his life.
Every year, he used to review it once during the month of Ramadan with Gabriel. During the final year of the Prophet's life, Gabriel revised the Qur'an twice with the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) as a way of confirming it. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم), in turn, used to follow this order in teaching his Companions and communicating the message to them.
Significance of Order
The question of why a surah like Surat Al-`Alaq, which was revealed first not put first in the mushaf (a physical copy of the Qur'an), this will require us to search more in the Qur'an and explore some of its secrets. A deeper look into the whole matter will show us that the order of the Qur'an has a purpose and the revelation of the Qur'an also has a purpose.
For instance, the revelation of the Qur'an responding to specific problems or incidents carries the purpose of solving these problems or providing guidance in these incidents.
During the first 13 years of Islam, the main task of the Prophet (saws) was to call people to Islam based on the Qur'anic revelations that focused on the Oneness of Allah and righteous conduct.
When Muslims migrated to Madinah and an Islamic community started to be well-established and new challenges emerged, the main focus of the revelation was to regulate the life of Muslims through detailing the rulings pertaining to different acts of worship and setting punishments for crimes and so on.
This shows us that the revelation in each of the two stages has a purpose. When the revelation stage was completed, the whole Qur'an was there and the whole message was put in the order that was intended for it to stay till the Day of Judgment.
Explanation of Order
Such an order serves in delivering the message the Qur'an is put for, as it has got another purpose.
If you look at the first surah of the Qur'an, namely Al-Fatihah, you can perceive that it acts as a summary for the structure and the message of the Book (Qur'an) ahead of every reader.
Being Umm Al-Qur'an (the Mother of the Qur'an), it carries all its themes; it summarizes them. It tells us who Allah is: the source of all love and mercy. Therefore, knowing who He is, we should be thankful to Him and worship Him alone. We should seek His help, and He has all the power to give us whatever we need. It makes it clear that Allah is the only One Who can really guide. It speaks about life after death and the consequences of human action and behavior.
The same holds true for Surat Al-Baqarah. The first verses speak about the fact that this Book is above all doubts and it is beyond the abilities of doubters to try to challenge its validity. Then it gives a hint on its main theme — guiding the righteous — and then goes on to speak about the beginning of creation and the story of Adam to establish the theme that humankind is here on earth as a vicegerent of the Creator and should use the Book as a manual to carry out the mission in the right way.
All these themes and messages cannot be carried except through this logical order in which Allah commanded for the Qur'an to be put. If a surah like Al-`Alaq was to be put at the beginning instead of Al-Fatihah, it could have given a significance of course and give a message, but not the exact fully wonderful message that we can get from the order of the Qur'an as it is now.
Why Al-`Alaq in the Current Order?
As for why Surat Al-`Alaq is mentioned in this specific order in the Qur'an, scholars hold the view that in the previous surah of At-Tin, Allah says what means that He has created humans in the best make (At-Tin 95:4). The details of that creation are cited in Surat Al-`Alaq:
{Read in the name of your Lord Who created. Created humans, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood.} (Al-`Alaq 96:1-2)

Celebration of the New Year

Imitating non-Muslims and the celebration of the New Year

This hadeeth indicates that it is haraam to imitate the Jews and the Christians, and that those who follow them and tread the same path as them are criticized. Islam has reinforced this prohibition, by describing those who imitate the kuffaar as being of them

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Whoever imitates a people is one of them”.....Narrated by Abu Dawood

Every year, a large number of Muslims get into the festive spirit and celebrate New Year's day. Whether it's Facebook status updates, Twitter messages or even holding New Years eve parties

As Muslims, we have our own calendar that has been in constant use for 1400 years. Even though we may end up using the Gregorian calendar due to circumstances beyond our control, we know for a fact that Allāh has ordained the use of the lunar calendar for us in our worship – and therefore, by extension, our daily lives. According to our Hijri calendar the new year actually begins on the first of Muharram.
Anas ibn Maalik said: "The Prophet arrived in Madeenah while people were celebrating two particular festivals, so he asked: “What is (the significance of) these two days?” Some people replied: ‘They are days which we used to celebrate during the pre-Islamic era.’ So the Messenger replied: “Allaah has replaced them for you with two days which are better, the day of ‘Eed Al-Fitr and ‘Eed Al-Adh-haa”" [Abu Daawood]. Therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to celebrate New Year, because is it not one of the celebrations of the Muslims.
The Gregorian calendar (so called because it was developed by Pope Gregory) decided on the 1st of January as the New Year to celebrate the circumcision of Jesus. Its origin – like so many Western holidays –
So what exactly is there to celebrate ?
-Any celebration by Muslims needs to be put into context of the local and global situation of the Ummah. The two Eids amply do so by encouraging prayers, duaa for those suffering and alms to the needy. However, celebrating New Years does no such thing. It is a celebration that is completely cut off from the reality of the rest of the Ummah. The starvation in Somalia, the murder in Syria, the imprisonment of Gaza, the ethnic cleansing of Burma –
-It usually involves un-Islamic practices
*Let's be honest. When you picture New Year's Eve celebration, you don't picture people sitting in a segregated environment reading from the Qurʾān & Hadiths and reminding each other towards good as the clock strikes midnight. Instead, they are (and I know this is a generalisation) mixed gender events where people wear fashionable clothes, dance and sing songs, etc. It is necessarily an Islam free zone, not least because it has no basis or relationship to Islam

Be proud of your religion, because it is the only one that is based on sound creed, just legislation and honourable manners. Do not be deceived by what many people do for they are unaware of the reality of Islam; resist these evil innovations which have conquered our communities by boycotting these celebrations and be as Allaah Says (what means): “Follow [O Mankind] what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies…” [Quran 7: 3]and do not be as Allaah Says (what means): “And be not like those who forgot Allaah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.” [Quran 59: 19]but do everything that will make you prosper in this life and the Hereafter.

So this year – as the clock strikes midnight on the 18th of Safar – thank Allāh for the blessings of having our own calendar and the two Eids. May Allāh give us all many, many more in happiness, health and unity for the whole of the Ummah. AMEEN.
